Exchange or return of adequate quality merchandise is carried out within 14 calendar days.
Exchange or return of adequate quality non-food goods is carried out provided that such merchandise has not been used and its vendibility, usability, seals, factory labels and original packaging have been preserved.
In order to return merchandise, Customers have to fill out a return form and send it to [email protected]
Demand of refunding the money paid for the Merchandise shall be satisfied within 10 days from submission of such a demand (Article 22 of the Consumers’ Right Protection Law of the Russian Federation). Therefore, the money paid for the Merchandise shall be refunded to the Customer within 10 days after the Merchandise has been returned. In case the Customer has paid for the delivery and return of the inadequate quality Merchandise, these expenses shall be refunded to the Customer. The money shall be transferred to the Customer’s account within the time limits, defined by the regulations of the corresponding bank.
Regardless of the payment method, the money shall be transferred to the Customer using the method, specified in the return claim, e.g.
1) To the Customer’s personal account to pay for other Merchandise or Services
2) To the credit card used to pay for the Purchase Order
3) To the bank account, specified in the return claim
